The CXO Club is committed to your privacy. We take your trust in us very seriously, and it is our highest priority to store and process all data safely and securely. All data is kept confidential, and engagement is left at your sole discretion. Your personal details are anonymized, and we never share any information with third parties for sale or research purposes.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- We offer a no questions asked refund of your initial membership fee, but this is only available within 15 days. After that, the membership fee is not refundable.
- Refunds will take a maximum of 15 Business days.
Membership Contract Term and Payments
- Membership of the club is for an initial contract term of 12 months and is subject to payment of the membership fee each year.
- Following the expiry of the initial contract term and any subsequent contract term, the member must renew their membership by paying the membership fee for the next contract term. Otherwise, membership is terminated in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- Members shall pay the event fee to attend events. Guests attending with members shall pay the same event fee whilst non-members will be charged the event fee plus an additional charge. An event fee shall not be refunded if a member or non-member is unable to attend the event.
Termination of Membership
- The member may terminate the membership by giving written notice to the club. If notice is given within the first 15 days, the full membership fee will be refunded, and after the first 15 days, the member will not be refunded the membership fee for the contract term.
- The management may suspend/cancel/terminate the membership of any member in case of any misconduct and or in-discipline committed by the member and the decision of the management in this regard shall be final and binding on such member.
- Either party may at any time terminate the membership by immediate written notice if the other commits any material breach of these terms and conditions.
- Membership allows all member personnel to access certain areas of the website. If a member decides to cancel their membership, access will stop.
- The management reserves the right to change/ alter/ amend any membership admission fees, annual charges, subscription rates, event admission fees and charges of the services at the club at their discretion at any time without notice.
